Do you have a sweet tooth? Try out this recipe with our Pumpkin Bolani! It will be a great addition to the end of a dinner or as a guilt free midnight snack. Top with ice cream for further indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Pumpkin flatbread
- 1/3 Tsp. of Olive Oil
- 1/3 Tsp. of Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. of Brown Sugar
- 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream or whip cream
- 1/2 cup of fresh berries of your choice
Steps
- Pour Olive Oil into the pan
- Put Pumpkin flatbread in the pan and crisp on both sides, (about 5 minutes per side)
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of Pumpkin flatbread
- Put one scoop of Vanilla ice cream or whip cream on top of Pumpkin flatbread
- Sprinkle berries of your choosing on top.
