This recipe is great for if you have an itch for pizza, but don’t quite have everything ready in your kitchen. No worries, we have a fix for that! This is a fun family project that uses only 4 Bolani products!
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Pumpkin Filled Flatbread
- 1 Package of Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 1 Package of Basil Pesto
- 1 Package of Garlic Mint Yogurt
Instructions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat entire package of Pumpkin flatbread on a pan over medium high for 4 minutes each side.
- Place on pizza stone or oven-safe sheet so they create the shape of a circle.
- Cover the top of the flatbreads with Basil Pesto evenly and generously. Repeat with Sundried Tomato Pesto for the next layer.
- Place in pre-heated oven for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with Garlic Mint Yogurt.
