Bolani Marinade for Lamb Chops

Combine our sauces for a quick and flavorful marinade! Feel free to use your protein of choice! In any case, this combination makes a fantastic addition of flavors while being not at all overpowering.

Ingredients

• 6 Lamb Chops (about ¾ inches think)
• 4 Tablespoons of Bolani Cilantro Pesto
• 4 Tablespoons of Bolani Garlic Mint Yogurt
• 4 Tablespoons of Bolani Sweet Jalapeno

Directions

1. Slather cleaned Lamb Chops with Bolani Garlic Mint Yogurt and Bolani Cilantro Pesto. Mix well. Marinate for 3-10 hours.
2. Grill or broil for 4 to 5 minutes for medium-rare; Adjust total time for desired doneness. Turn the lamb over once halfway through the broiling time and lightly brush with olive oil.
3. Serve chops with Bolani Sweet Jalapeno and Bolani Cilantro Pesto
