Bolani Pizza

 

This recipe is great for if you have an itch for pizza, but don’t quite have everything ready in your kitchen. No worries, we have a fix for that! This is a fun family project that uses only 4 Bolani products!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Pumpkin Filled Flatbread

  • 1 Package of Sundried Tomato Pesto

  • 1 Package of Basil Pesto

  • 1 Package of Garlic Mint Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Heat entire package of Pumpkin flatbread on a pan over medium high for 4 minutes each side.

  3. Place on pizza stone or oven-safe sheet so they create the shape of a circle.

  4. Cover the top of the flatbreads with Basil Pesto evenly and generously. Repeat with Sundried Tomato Pesto for the next layer.

  5. Place in pre-heated oven for 6-7 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and top with Garlic Mint Yogurt.
