At Bolani, we source all of our ingredients with care.
When our founder first learned how to make Bolani flatbreads from her grandmother in her homeland, they harvested all her ingredients from her own garden together.
That ethos continues today. We began selling our flavorful Bolani flatbreads and tasty vegan sauces in farmer’s markets across Northern California. We got to know our neighbors at each market, and became friends with spinach and squash farmers, olive oil pressers, and grain millers all selling their homegrown products to others.
We established important partnerships and work with people who share our values — respect for the earth, celebrating local agriculture, sustainable practices, and who place great value in knowing where your food comes from. Our partners have become integral to our business, and we want all of our customers to appreciate the time, love and care that goes into each one of our products.
