Whole Wheat Lentil Filled Flatbread

One of our favorite protein sources is the humble but mighty lentil: it’s packed with nutrition, and is a great source of vitamins B, iron and magnesium. Good-for-you benefits aside, it’s a truly versatile ingredient found in cuisines worldwide. Our Bolani, made with Whole Wheat flour offers a nutty, slightly toasted vehicle for the lentils to shine. Use this flatbread as you would a pita or naan, as a side to curry and rice, or toasted and dipped into vegetarian chili. This flatbread in particular pairs well with our Sun-dried Tomato Pesto and our Garlic Mint Yogurt.
