Our Spinach Bolani is the flatbread that started it all! Our owner made these for years for family and friends, and decided to make this her first product after launching her company. Spinach is seasoned and cooked into our original best seller, providing the perfect flatbread to use as a base for grilled pizza, topped with poached eggs, or smothered in curry.
