The best combination between classic hummus and babaganoush, our Eggplant Pesto combines nutty roasted tahini flavors with a smoky roasted eggplant. Our go-to when we want something a little different, it can be used as a flavor enhancer to your favorite vegetable-based dishes, or added to salad spreads. We suggest pairing with our Cilantro or Basil Pesto to brighten up your lunch, or our Potato Bolani as a base for your favorite sandwich fixings.
