Bolani’s story began with founder Nazie Sidiq learning to make traditional bolani alongside her grandmother in Afghanistan. After moving to the United States, Nazie brought those recipes into her own kitchen and eventually began sharing them with her local community at California farmers markets.
Today, that same spirit continues to guide Bolani.
