Do you have a sweet tooth? Try out this recipe with our Pumpkin Bolani! It will be a great addition to the end of a dinner or as a guilt free midnight snack. Top with ice cream for further indulgence.


– 1/2 Pumpkin flatbread

– 1/3 Tsp. of Olive Oil

– 1/3 Tsp. of Cinnamon

– 1 Tsp. of Brown Sugar

– 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream or whip cream

– 1/2 cup of fresh berries of your choice


1) Pour Olive Oil into the pan

2) Put Pumpkin flatbread in the pan and crisp on both sides, (about 5 minutes per side)

3) Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of Pumpkin flatbread

4) Put one scoop of Vanilla ice cream or whip cream on top of Pumpkin flatbread

5) Sprinkle berries of your choosing on top
