In this recipe, we use cucumbers as they are refreshing but still provide you with a crisp taste! Enjoy pairing with your favorite Bolani, as a party dish, or even by itself!


-1 fresh cucumber
– 1 container of your Bolani Hummus of choice (we’re using Artichoke)


  1. Clean and cut cucumber into several 1/4th inch circles.
  2. Serve with your favorite Bolani hummus
